Thought I'd just say that my favorite pony is Twilight Sparkle. Always has been, always will be. For a while the other 5 were simply tied for 2nd. Though after Hurricane Fluttershy, I was tempted to place Fluttershy in 2nd place and the rest tied for 3rd.

I actually read it as ALTA and then I ask myself what the hell ALTA means. I don't even know where I get ALTA from either. I guess I do that just by switching two letters. I usually just call the show Avatar. It makes things easier

I've actually talked about this not too long ago before with some friends. Here's what I came up with

Firebenders = Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash (Spike too probably since ya know... he's a dragon?)

Waterbenders = Fluttershy and Rarity

Earthbenders = Applejack

Airbenders = Pinkie Pie

This is kinda based more on personality. And based on what they do most of the time. But if you want I can explain further some of it.
