A lot of people seem to think Fluttershy uses some drugs since she's always so "mellow". Also, she's got a general hippie vibe.

I got the stoner vibe from Star Catcher sometimes; but then, I tend to think that the Generation 3 ponies aren't really that dumb, they're just on some really good drugs most of the time.

Fluttershy does have some "special" herbs, but they're strictly for medicinal purposes. Seriously, I tried to get some from her and she wouldn't give me any because I was obviously faking.

Bon Bon also makes special brownies on occasion. They're really good.
