Biscuits are great. Any kind you can dip. The ones that fall apart in tea though are just disappointing.

Wait, biscuit means something different to you people across the pond than it does to us Americans doesn't it?

Cookies are a subset of biscuits over here. Cookies over there are what biscuits are over here. I think.

Curious. How does a cookie differ from a biscuit there, then?

And what do you call what we call biscuits?

What does the term biscuit mean to americans then?

Would Rarity prefer Rich Tea biscuits? Or would that be Twi? [lol]

A good rusk is never to be sneered at. I think Rarity would like lady fingers. Twilight butter biscuits. Applejack those with the jam in the centre but instead of strawberry apple jam. Rainbow Dash no idea. Pinkie Pie all of them. But the chocolate covered digestive ones in particular.

Oh British call biscuits what we in North America call cookies. I believe.

Biscuits are like little hard rolls that you put jam and butter on. They kind of suck.

[up] [up]Yeah, those.

Quick Check:

In the United States and Canada it is a small, soft, leavened bread, somewhat similar to a scone. A Southern regional variation on the term, beaten biscuit, is closer to the British form.

In Commonwealth English, it is a small and hard, often sweet, baked product that would be called either a cookie or a cracker in the United States, and a cookie (Bisquit in Quebec) in Canada. Biscuits in the United Kingdom and Ireland may be savoury (savoury biscuits are often referred to as "crackers") or sweet, such as chocolate biscuits, ginger nuts, custard creams or the Nice biscuit.

Yeah that's a scone. And they are beautiful.

I'm not sure what the technical difference is but cookies tend to have things like chocolate chips or raisins or something like that in them.

Yay~ I need to change my avatar too. Where can I get one for free. Other than me making it myself.

You should stick with the same avatar, like me and Perpetual Lurker, and Applelight Limited.
