I'm not actually lying, when I saw the preview clip I pretty much thought "okay, moved at super speed, flew out the back of a movIng train, and who in the cast has impulse control problems? Well I'll be, I bet it's Rainbow". It was rather obvious when you think about it. I just didn't expect Rarity and Fluttershy to be involved, and I probably would've suspected AJ before Fluttershy.

A key reason Dr Robotnik is one the greatest cartoon villains known.

I suppose they were going for that 'the person you least expect' scenario. Applejack had already been shooed by Pinkie for getting a little too close previously, so maybe she was too obvious.

One nice change I noticed from the usual fare with this episode is that the token Jerk Ass newcomer(s) end up redeemed in the end (albeit without being overly sappy in execution). Most previous antagonists, while fun, where rather one dimentionally nasty and provokative, which is actually rather strange considering the show's subject matter.

I can kinda see how one could say that the Imagine Spots went on too long, but honestly I thought they were the most entertaining part of the episode, so I can't really complain about it. I'd much rather have had them shorten the introductory scene by 30 seconds or so.

As for suspecting Fluttershy, I knew that the second silhouette was her. Her tail has an extremely distinctive shape, as does Rainbow Dash's, which is why I knew she was the first silhouette. The only one I didn't guess was Rarity, though I suppose I should have realized that it had to be a unicorn shutting the blinds remotely.

Im at that point of the thread so I understand the context, hell, Applelight even PM'd me in utter glee. To be honest that part just mostly made me facepalm and thought "Dammit Pinkie, is the concept of sharing entirely lost you?!" but really there was not a single moment of the episode where I wasn't laughing so it's in my top ten.
