It seems that no matter what I do, I can't get new readers for my blog, and I'm lucky if any of my posts get more than one like.

Is it really that bad?

Yep, I sing opera. Though this was actually an art song. Gerald Finzi's setting of Thomas Hardy's poem To Lizbie Browne.

Song's hard as heck to sing, though. A lot of Finzi's songs have tricky rhythms, and this song, funnily enough, has no time signature. Also, the poem is nine verses long.

Can't figure out the posting script. When I run it, it just prints the usage and returns to the shell, and trying pass the information as a command line argument didn't work.

CDRW asks if his blog is bad and everyone disappears.

All I use tumblr for is reading the occasional Ask Ace Attorney letters that I get linked to in chat.

@CDRW: I like it. I think the main reason it isn't growing is simply because it's so new, and because there are so many pony tumblrs out there already. It'll take time to build up a fanbase.

Removing names that might cause offense. And everyone leaves spoiler tags off anyways.

   CENSORED   -shy has been known to cause flame wars in this very thread.

@CDRW Soviet Pony is hilarious and its one of the reasons I have a tumblr. Don't worry about the visitors they take a while to come. Keep putting out good work and they'll come.

It's not so much "flame wars" as "some people aren't comfortable discussing that sort of explicit stuff".

Well, I'm back. And yeah, I think I might have an issue with my legs because they hurt. So I worked out in an elliptical machine instead. I've always been slow, and my strides are short, which doesn't help. And I work out to lose the stupid 10 pounds I gained from eating at the school cafeteria (it's a buffet).

As for opera, I really like Aida. One time while I was procrastinating doing homework, I listened to the entire opera. I have no idea what was going on, but the march is awesome. But that's about the only thing I know about opera.

Fallen: Sorry if there is stupid sentence structure or typos. I've never written "journalistic" stuff before in English, let alone Spanish... >_>

@latenight: No, nowhere toxic thankfully. I'm going to be seeing if I can do a stint in the branch that handles FOIA requests. Of course, I might still be better where I am. The interview tomorrow is to determine whether they think I'll be a good fit and whether the temporary transfer will take place.
