I've had people come into my store DEMANDING that we accept a return, from over a year ago, which they have no receipt for.....

Or the one time someone came in, wanted to return something they bought at an out of state store in out chain (which we do do) just so they could immediately rebuy the exact same thing without the sales tax (that state has it, ours doesn't)

Yeah I've seen that place. It's great for a laugh.

Get this...the old bat? She's using the ATM, and calls me over complaining that it's not working. It's just making noise! she says. But I find a stack of notes in the bottom. She completely missed the slot right in front of her.

And at that moment, the bimbo asks me in her really annoying voice, where are the crisps. For the record, our massive crisp shelf was right behind her.

For anyone who reads American comic strips in the newspaper, FoxTrot did a great reference to the current My Little Pony series, even drawing the characters (Twilight, Pinkie and Applejack) almost exactly in the way they look on the show! See it on the front page of the FoxTrot website:
