I think that publishing an open letter of apology and announcing their resignation was a good way of going about it.

And I'm pretty sure that they would have allowed DT to publish the stuff on them, if Cheerilee hadn't intervened. It's actually kinda noble of them.

Yeah, the dirt would have been published on them regardless of whether they did it themselves or not, and humiliating DT as a solution to the problem would have produced a Broken Aesop. I'd say it resolved the best way it could have given the circumstances.

Watched episode, it suffers a little due to the Aesop being a bit blatant and goody goody, but still fun. Similar to Boast Busters and Griffin the Brush Off.
