I could be better Tealove, I'm afraid I've gotten myself in a rather poor situation by drinking due to concern for a friend. But let's leave that alone. If I might ask, how'd you manage to access the internet?
Gully Foyle is my name,
and Terra is my nation.
Deep space is my dwelling place,
and death's my destination.
Hello there Lyra, how goes the day? What's the most interesting that you would say yo've found online?
Gully Foyle is my name,
and Terra is my nation.
Deep space is my dwelling place,
and death's my destination.
Jteeth: what?
Gully Foyle is my name,
and Terra is my nation.
Deep space is my dwelling place,
and death's my destination.
Or, you could just use your tongue, like Soarin' does.
He uses it really well.
Be polite. Be efficient. Have a plan to befriend everyone you meet.
That Qwop thing sure is weird. I don't know if having fingers would it any easier. Sure looks funny though. Kinda like how Berry Punch walks after drinking too much cider.
Well I just got done seeing the Hunger Games movie. It seems like a reasonably fair adaptation. The only real problem is the camera. When people said it used shakey cam a lot, I thought they meant the action scenes. I dind't realie they meant that the camera is moving for literally 99% of the movie!
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".
QWOP actually isn't much easier with fingers, Lyra. Sorry to disappoint.

@Lyra: Berry doesn't get too rowdy when drunk, does she?
I personally am a fan of Cory Doctorow's works (Little Brother being my favorite)
I like
Little Brother too. It's so nice to have someone write about technology who actually knows what they're talking about.

Yeah. It introduced me to the concept of crypto. I've got the ebook edition and a print copy that I got from my school's book fair. Now I need a print copy of For The Win, and I'm eagerly awaiting Homeland (Little Brother's sequal).

Spin that record Vinyl Scratch and never stop the music~!
Don't diss Eragon. That was the last Young Adult series that I bothered to finish after I stopped caring for them, and it's certainly a solid piece of literature. It just gets a lot of crap because the author is very young, and they made a terrible, terrible movie adaptation out of it.
Eragon was okay, but I literally could not finish reading Eldest. There are not many books I can say that about.

Are the Eragon novels actually as bad as people say? I've never touched them, so I'm a bit curious.

@story, thank you! I swear, the cameramen must have all had parkinsons, there's no justification for that much shaking
