My only feelings for Scootaloo are "Welp, she isn't as bad as Rainbow Dash so I don't hate her". She's just not that interesting.
Heck, that's probably why she has so many memes dumped on her, people need something to spice her up since she has nothing else.

@Ginger, I don't know, it just sounds like a more fed up way of saying "well" and it fits better sometimes.
And I know Sweetie didn't, she didn't really grow on me until this season, I only liked her because she was the cutest of a once vaguely annoying CMC.

@Sky: Well you see, one would not normally associate the Lich King with an adorable pony, nor would one expect him to react in such a casual fashion to its presence. Add in Pinkie's known tendency to break the fourth wall, making her appearance in Azeroth plausible, and you get comedy.
