I wonder if that might not be coincidence. Worrying about having to get up early makes it even harder to fall asleep.

Tealove is a toy only pony.
She looks exactly like Pinkie Pie except that she's green, and one of her eyes looks creepy. She enjoys cozy chats and cozy hats and runs a tea shop called The Golden Saucer The Tea Cozy.

The specific food isn't important. The problem is brief exposure to a food causing a lifelong obsession to the point of distracting you from everything else.

@J Teeth Thats why I eat an hour before and an hour after training. I learned the hard way what happens if I eat and then train. Those poor ponies still haven't forgiven me for what happened.
