Celestia might restrain Luna with magic, but I doubt she'd physically bite her tail or anything, especially if their manes aren't actual hair.

For some reason I have trouble seeing Celestia biting down on someone's tail, but I can totally see them sharing that dynamic, with Luna being hot headed and Celestia being the rational one.
What Red said, Celestia is more likely to stop Luna with TK, like Twilight did in Lesson Zero.

@Flapjack: I guess you just have to shrink the images then. The only images hosted on the wiki that are larger than that are ones that were uploaded before the width limit was introduced. And even then they only display on the forum at 330 anyway.

Celestia would use Twilight's version of it, just grabbing her with magic. I always loved how Twilight always holds the part of RD's tail she grabbed perfectly rigid, letting the rest her hang limp.
