She'd probably either cut it short so it wouldn't get in the way, or otherwise keep it braided or something so it would get too annoying.

@Ginger: I'd imagine they'd just let it grow long and wild, since they have better things to do. Perfect for hanging over the eyes. Besides, the villain is intentionally hiding her eyes, yes?

Im good now, I went and had somethign to eat and now Im normalizing.

Im hypoglycemic so when my sugar crashes my hands shake really bad and I cant think straight, it really sucks!

I work in a lab so Im not allowed to keep food on me. I used to carry hard candies in my pocket for such an occasion but I was told not to anymore, even after I explained why I was eating one.

I just have to remember from now on that a bowl of cereal and a banana isnt going to last me 6 hours

Well she already HAS a hood, I'm just not sure if hoods realistically obscure one's eyes... especially if said people are travelling with you

@Ginger - do you think maybe a pair of goggles instead of sunglasses would be more in character? If she's living in a wasteland type place she might have a tinted pair to protect her eyes.

And goggles are cool

I thought you didn't care much for realism anyway? It's a common trope to have hoods hide ones eyes. If the fic is good no one will nitpick that. As long as she keeps her head turned downward and there are plenty of shadows from the hood it should work.
