Well, there's Snips and Snails, but they seem to be quite a bit older than Pip and Rumble

Ace: I remember when I used to play Space Invaders and Pac-Man on my dad's old XT. The hard drive was small enough to back up onto a 1.44MB 3.5" floppy disc. And I think the RAM was somewhere in the neighbourhood of 128kB.

Ace: If you've treated it remotely well, I don't see why not. My super ancient grey brick Gameboy still works (at least as of a year ago, anyway) and it got quite a bit of use and a little roughed up during my childhood.

Ace: (With regards to old school) Hehe, yea. I was one of those kids who didn't like change very much. It took me a bit to convert me to Windows from command line. >.> I think what did it was my dad getting an e-mail account, which was a shiny new toy for me. That 14.4k got a serious workout for a while because I e-mailed my uncle so much.

That's too bad about the Gameboy Color. Hopefully you got a lot of use out of it.

Steve: I don't usually have an issue with being patient, so I just rewatched old episodes (my count of rewatches on Winter Wrap Up and Cutie Mark Chronicles by the end of the summer was somewhere close to 30 each ). Plus I got into the fan stuff, which makes time go by even faster. I know some people got very heavily into fanfiction last summer.

@stevebat, go back and check. I recall lots of ponies in socks fanart.

There's a Gameboy that was blownup in the Gulf War and is still functioning.

There's always the Artist Training Grounds. I've been getting really lax with the art lately, so this should provide a nice swift kick in the rear.

Yay old school appreciation time. The greatest thing about the gameboy is its a hardy brick. I dropped mine on the stone pavement and it still plays to this day. This was a good 20 years ago.

Fluttershy isn't a battler by default, she'd be like Pokespe Yellow :3
