I imagine that if everything went too badly she would've stepped in and helped

Shortstaffed up in Cloudsdale? The wonderbolts are also sent on rescue/strike operations (look at Secret Of My Excess)

@ Ginger: True, that would make Luna the Mistress of Ships, Blueblood the Master of Laws (this is clearly going to go great), Twilight can be the later Hoof of the Princess. That just leaves the Grand Maestor I believe, Granny Smith? No she would be the Old Nan substitute.

Does anybody remember back during hearts and Hooves day, I spotted these two◊? I took a careful look at it... I'm pretty sure the colt in Colin's avatar is one of those two! Now we just need to find his other half... ooh, I'm so excited...

yeah it does, but that other one looks to me like Doctor Whooves........deffintly the Tenth Doctor then

mmmmmmaybe. I think his coat is a bit too light, but it's a good place to start until further notice, at least.

There's a Pegasus version of Doctor Whooves with a different cutie mark and a lighter color scheme who appears in "Sonic Rainboom", "Green Isn't Your Color", and "Hurricane Fluttershy"; that's probably who that is.

Publicity is perhaps the wrong term. She was probably sent to show that Cloudsdale appreciates their generous donation of water so much that a national celebrity will take time out of her day to visit them.

Cadence is a niece as well, though she would fit better.

Boars are crazy. They have two tusks that's like double the magic of a unicorn.

My guess is that it was Spitfire's job to observe the process to confirm that RD broke the record. Sort of how when you want to get into the Guinness Book of World Records you have to have an official on hand to qualify.

I don't think she has enough screentime for us to really say.
