But that happens in real life, too. I just think it's disappointing that everyone always automatically treats immortality as bad. Sure, living a really long time means more bad things will happen to you... but more good things will happen as well. You lose friends, but you have the time to make more of them.

Blue: That's true. However, in real life, one just misses the dead friends until one dies. When immortal, one misses the dead friends for... well, eternity. I do have characters (who I haven't really touched in forever) who would focus on the more positive aspects of immortality, but Dusky is not one of them.

Huh! So Cadence is actually Celestia's niece. I assume that like Blooblood, that's a simplificatiojn and she's actually a bit more distantly related, but she's mor closely related than Blueblood.
