Yeah, "Blind Vinyl" was popular for a while, but I think it got discarded somewhere down the line, probably when everyone decided to ship her with Octavia.

Maybe they'll do a fake Cease and Desist letter. Though I highly doubt it because too many people would think it's real and start raging.

That, and it would be too obvious. The fake C&D is a pretty common trick for fan-based websites. More likely they'll have Trixie take over the site or something.

From what I saw, Blind!Scratch was largely my doing - it did spread a bit, but I had a few people tell me they took inspiration from Feedback, so there's that. But aside from a small portion of the fanbase, most anything related to feedback was tossed out when octavia showed up. This fandom and it's lesbians, I swear.

But they have Trixie take over the site all the time anyway. Maybe they could have a takeover by somepony completely unexpected, like the main pony from The Last Roundup or something.

Maybe they'll have Gilda take it over.

Yup. I think I wrote Feedback around... ooh, episode 17, 18? Octavia didn't show up until best night ever, so I predated her by about a good couple of months. The ship never caught on, probably due to a somewhat alienating premise on Scratch's part. I seem to have a remarkable talent fro writing great stories that no one wants to read. Heh.

Mostly because the fanon of blind vinyl originated from a single fic, where she was paired with a different stallion. Obviously pairing her with a mare invalidated it... but moreover, it meant that different people were writing it, people who had never read Feedback most likely. One person did it, it caught on a bit, and it spread from there until Feedback became little more than a footnote and it's fanon was all ignored.

I like almost all the fan voices, then again I'm not picky and I really don't give a buck about critiquing them. Long as there's isn't anything glaringly worng, I just go with it, there doing it becuase they want to have some fun, and a lot of them really but there heart into it. One of the reason's I love BDR's Derpy voice so much, she just puts so much effort and heart into it, and her "apology" video during the Derpnasrock issue was just so heartbreaking yet touching.

I still remember the days when getting a download rate of 15kbps was fast when I was using a Lucent 56k dialup modem. That was when it took two hours to download the shareware of Jazz 2 (about 20mb).

Now I get impatient if a 720p pony episode about 240mb takes more than 15 minutes to grab off the youtube stream on my Starhub Maxonline cable connection.

Timecheck: 1:33am (GMT+8), Saturday. 22.5 hours remaining!

@ Ace: In the five weeks I've had high-speed internet, I've bookmarked quite a few YouTube songs and videos. Just last night, I decided it was time to organize and transfer them to a new folder. Seriously, I can't imagine ever going back to dial-up.

Also, I keep thinking you're thirteen hours ahead of me, but you didn't move your clocks ahead one hour. I hate Daylight Savings Time.

@Syd: the 3G connection that was bundled in my family's cable connection subscription is a measly 1mbps, and it feels like going back to dialup

Nevertheless, Internet on the go is handy, even at dialup speed. Also we don't have DST in Singapore.

Ponies have no internets from what I've seen canonically unless they have Clacks like in Ankh-Morpork.
