Uh, Rainbow Dash has basically always been established as good at what she does. I mean, look at the freaking pilot episode. Her introductory scene was basically about how she's usually lazy but gets the job done when she needs to.

I should also note that RD's main issue is her narrow skill set. She's really good at weather control and flying....and is terrible at anything else. That's why she's lazy; if she isn't naturally good at something she doesn't find it worth her effort. She has knack for flying, so that's all she does. Of course she'll be good at the one thing she spends all her time doing.

Well, Fluttershy has shown to be pretty fast, but not particularly strong maybe? IDK. I'm sure the episode will be Fluttershy centered. Rainbow will just be a big influence.

I'm pretty sure that Dash is gonna trying dishing some tough love to Fluttershy, then realise that's not the best approach. Ultimately Dash will offer the support she needs in order to realise her own strength and be an asset to the team.
