Oh god!

Eurobeat Brony already did a remix of "You Gotta Share", and it. Is. AWESOME.

I'm re-watching "Applebuck Season". The bit where sleepdep-Applejack amuses herself at her distorted reflection still makes me laugh like an idiot.

Admittedly, the "Yeehaw!" voices kinda spoiled it for me a bit, but that's just me. That aside, it's pretty good.

"Cupcakes" is still my favorite.
But apart, all we are is just a pile of mush and some crumbly dry mess...

Out of Eurobeat Brony's stuff, I think I like this the best. I already really like the piano and guitar in the background, and the dialouge at the end just seals the deal. It's also my favorite of all of Pinkie Pie's songs on the show itself, to boot.

Out of all the pony music I've heard so far, I like Friends Forever Mix by Chain Algorithm 0.

There's just something that's so...dreamy and idyllic and relaxing about it.

Newfable: Well, the target audience is young girls. I don't know how many preteen girls frequent the sites you've been seeing the discussion on, but I'm guessing not so many.

I'm also thinking the time slot might have something to do with it.

"Adventure" is just a fancy word for "near-death experience".

Oh god, the time slot.

I have never cared for that, ever. You air new episodes of shows aimed at school-age children when they are in school. Smooth going, Hasbro. (though honestly, this is the only show in that afternoon block I care about and I'm just biased; perhaps later down the road they will cut down the "Family Prime Time" which I think is occupying a slot important to their growth)

4:30 would be a good timeslot for it.

They also air reruns at 9:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday... Not so sure how I feel about that one.

Hopefully the Hub will see how popular the ponies are online and give them a better time slot so they can really take off in the nielsen ratings.

From what I know, the block they air in is not bragged about in The Hub's press releases, so nobody outside company walls knows how well they did in the ratings. Probably a good thing.

Well, it was renewed for a full second season, so the ratings can't be terrible, at least.

That, or the show's sold them a just bugs mejust bugs mejust bugs mejust bugs me ton of toys. Or Both!

Either way, there's a second season - I'd say that's more important here than wondering why it got one.

In Canada I saw a little girl with a Princess Celestia toy.

Have you guys seen the commercial for that? "MY WINGS ARE SO PRETTY!"

I've always liked this fanart:

Lauren Faust as a pony.

Lauren in real life.

wild mass guessThe Princess Celestia in the commericals is using Obfuscating Stupidity. For some reason.

...But yeah, every time that commerical comes on, I cringe a little. She just sounds so... vapid. sad

Huh...I never really watch tv, so I hadn't seen them... but I wonder if that's part of where this came from.
