Anyway, I just read about the Time Capsule in Bulapedia and discovered that they got rid of it after Gen2. What a shame.

The communist model failed in many places because the USA replaced them with Banana Republics

Anyway, there wouldn't really be a need to be a Time Capsule anywhere else. Maybe BW 2, but that all depends, since I don't think we have much info on BW 2 anyway.
