@Ginger: I thought that might be who you meant, wasn't sure. What would his cutie mark be? It'd be hard of me to assign cutie marks to ASOIAF (never thought I'd be typing that sentence) because I'd automatically think of their House Sigil.

Hence why I think a golden crown engulfed in fire. It represents his burning desire to get the crown back. His flaming fury. Fire relates to dragons. and it foreshadows his eventual fate
