How about this: Someone took the time out of their day, no matter how long that would be, to compose a good, rather short tune for you to hear prior to opening up the final dungeon (or earlier if you choose so; can't remember if it's possible). So, therefore, it's music. Enjoy it instead of trying to classify it :/
