@Blue No, Kuja was pretty smart, but him and Kefka were imposing and menacing first and foremost.

Kefka actually made me look at the screen and go "Wow! This guy needs to be stopped" No villain has EVER made me think that before or since.

@Drenius I think the moral should be more focused around accepting who you are NOW. Don't BLINDLY embrace your roots if you don't like what you see.

I can't imagine what that'd be like, having never broken a tooth.

Bet there are a lot of nerve endings in the horn though,

Also I hope Fighting is magic gets done, as well as Equestria online.

I thought that at least some of the unicorn's brain matter was contained in his or her horn?

Why would brain matter be located in the horn?

@Dre

It makes sense it magic has to do with the brain.

@Mage: That's kind of like saying that it makes sense for the brain to extend into every limb... the brain has to do with every part of the body. I'm sure the horn has NERVES, but no actual grey matter.

Unicorns have some nerves running to the horn is all.

it might make a little sense if magic were linked to the brain, but there's no specific evidence that iit is. And now you have me thinking of From Beyond and the pituitary gland.

Little known fact, the horn of a unicorn can be used like a straw to suck its brains out. Zombie ponies prefer Unicorn meals for this reason [lol]

@ginger

Magic in this verse seems to be less waving wands and chanting incantations and more an extension of mental focus and mystic energy.

Magical energy and mental focus =/= brain. I really don't see any reason why that would be the case. Not to mention that it would mean that Discord basically lobotomized Rarity and Twilight when he removed their horns.

@Fallen: Hey, what's up.

@Ginger: Why not? Scientifically analyzing magic is entirely possible once you accept that it follows a different set of laws. It's not like magic is entirely random in FiM.

I think the horns act as a sort of focus for magical energy and allows the Unicorn to gather or tap into it.

I wonder if it would be possible to engineer a prosthetic horn that would allow an earth pony to use it as well?
