I admit every time I come here the topic seems to change completely, and sometimes I just check up after five or so minutes.
I started watching when the return of harmony part two was finished. I caught up just before Luna eclipsed aired. then I had the massive wait between episodes. XD

Well when there is something important to talk about like a new episode or preview clip or derpy controversy, the discussion usually stays on topic for a while. It's only when there's nothing in particular to talk about that the thread starts jumping around at random.

Future!Twilight disappeared not because her spell wore off, but because her very presence altered history enough to erase that version of her from existence. This is why Time Travel is hidden away not used.
I admit I maybe shouldn't derail the topic from the show. Admitedly the idea of a Sonic Adventure style video game where you can play as all six ponies sounds like a dream however, especially since the quality of the franchise might encourage them to put some effort into it (it's just a matter of who would get fishing).
Anyway, I started watching the show about halfway through season 1. If I remember right, when I caught up on all the episodes, "Party of One" was the latest.
