Morning I don't have a favorite type of wood.
I do, however, have a favorite type of tree, and that is the weeping willow.

Ive been distracted by Minecraft quite a bit lately. They released a new version recently with a Jungle biome and..... KITTIES!
I made a new world and found a big chasm in the Jungle with waterfall AND a lavafall that I made my home. I hiked over to the desert biome and grabbed a crapload of sand and roofed the chasm with glass to keep baddies from dropping in unexpectedly.
I tamed an Ocelot so now I have a cat following me while I go poke slimes in the depths of the cave system I dug into.
The game has absolutely no point but its fun.

and yes Methods is epic, the author has said is one overall goal that he WILL hold to, is writing the entire story without a single person EVER holding the Idiot Ball. havn'et checked updates in a while..probably should.

The cats are in the Jungle biome, they seem to wander pretty far from their spawnpoints. They are really skittish and can run pretty fast, but if you are holding a fish in your hand they will come right up to you so you can tame them.
The jungle biome is really cool, really dense vegetation and huge trees all covered in vines, you can even climb up the vines and stuff.
Awesome waste of time, great for when the thread is slow :P

I suspect given pony strength they'd not use plywood, chipboard, or similar synthetics because their much weaker than solid heartwood for construction. It'd be more for items that don't need to be so tough.

They might have been on a budget when making the Town Hall, and the particle boards have weakened because they cut too many corners and the ricegum particle boards that form the bulk of the building have begun to disintergrate
