AJ's major issue she's the Boring, but Practical pony, but she is STILL awesome.

as to Sweetie's Cutie mark, having a talent isn't enough, they have RECOGNIZE that 1. it is there talent, 2. it's what they love doing. Yes Sweetie can sing, but she doens't really care, it doesn't seem that special to her, soon as she realizes that, she'll get her CM.
