For some reason, the only Pinkie thing I liked by itself was the completely deadpan vertical scuttle walk to the top of the flagpole.

@Seraph Yeah, but she still ultimately got what she wanted in the end. If her life code is really supposed to be about making people smile then Cranky shouldn't have needed to become her friend. Seeing him smile should have been enough for her.

but no, she was more excited at him saying he'll be her friend than at the smile. She still hasn't learned that not everyone needs to be her friend.

I agree that she probably should have learnt that she won't be alwayss going to be like by everyone.

But that wasn't the point. It was even more important that pinkkie helped someone that was in need.

Sometimes people that need help the most don't want it.
