"Dangerous Business" suggests that the earth ponies' internal magic is a strong connection to the earth, and the ability to draw strength and power from that connection. Which is a cool idea.

Sure, there's that too. It could mean Green Thumb powers for those that work at it, or an ability to control those elements that the Pegasus ponies can't.

Also, make a Pinkie Pie bobble. Not a bobble head, but just a bobble body. That way, you can make her twitch and cause random things to fall on somepony's head.
