Hi, Applelight.

I have officially moved out of the dinosaur computing age. I finally said "Enough is enough, " bit the bullet, and replaced my dying 11-year-old computer. It was terribly slow and had to be re-booted often, or else it would slow down to the point where it was unusable. It had also deteriorated to the point where it was freezing up on me at least once a day.

I had to wait over a week for my new internet connection to be installed. I wanted to tell you guys I'd be gone for a while, but my completely unreliable (former) dial-up service connected me, then immediately DISconnected me. This happened FAR too often. I was completely unable to access the internet when it decided it was going to act this way. It's going to give me great pleasure to tell them to kiss my cutie mark.

Spike/Rarity, OTP!!!!!!!!!

There was a user who left this forum who was opposed to Rarity/Spike because it supported pedophilia or something like that. I think they're a cute couple, but I see her point.

Rarity/Spike makes me almost as uncomfortable as Celesti/Twilight.

But, mentally speaking, he's just as mature as the rest of the cast, if not more so...

My headcanon is that greed leads to a quick growth rate, so the dragon can establish a hoard quickly. If he matures naturally, he might be able to avoid the kleptomania.

Firstly: Spike is awesome.

Secondly: The impression that I got from the pages was that Daring's parents went away on an adventure together but never returned. Eventually, Daring finds her father but he says that her mother "is gone". We only see her in flashbacks with no name given, but it's implied that Darings parot Calypso is named after her.
