I finally found that you can order the blind bag MLP Toys directly from Hasbro at 40 something per box of 24. There is also a 10% discount code for all MLP Toys as well MLPTEN.

I got a box of the blind bags and the Cherilee/Sweetiebell/Scootaloo/Applebloom set I was looking for.
