You haven't seen the pilot's?

Honestly, I recommend watching it all in order. There's not much continuity in this show, but it makes it easier to track. And the pilot's aren't bad either.

Also, please post your thoughts and opinions up here! It's always interesting to see new bronies reactions.

I used to be actively apathetic towards Rarity (that is, I didn't like her, but she wasn't bad enough that I disliked her). But the more I saw of her character, for example the way she catches herself in a fault, the more I came to appreciate her.

Could probably say the same for all the characters, really.

Half the fun with Rarity is watching her run into the conflict between her desires for personal gain/gratification and her natural generosity. It helps that I empathise with her innate creative nature.

@Apple I still don't get the RD hatred. I don't know, I guess I MUCH prefer straight up jerkishness and feeling bad about it later to Innocent Insensitiity.

I saw all that in Rarity. It just didn't make me feel anything strong about her.

See what I mean about feeling alone? I know I'm not. but you see what I mean, right?

I used to dislike Rarity until Suited For Success changed my mind. I still don't like her as much as most of the rest of the cast, but I do like her.
