Well Timelords are made by taking a glimpse into the Time Vortex. This apparently lets them see where and when time can be rewritten. Generally they are Galifreyan.

I'm guessing you don't visit the WMG.

Does anyone remember the Dexter's Lab movie? Where Dexter travelled through time and picked up different versions of himself from different time periods. (like there was Teen!Dexter, Adult!Dexter and Old!Dexter)

I wanna see that now except with Twilight. and instead of different versions of Mandark she's up against different versions of Trixie
