Hmmmm, I wonder if there'll be some special reason for time travel in the upcoming ep. Like the stars alligned or something. Some reason for why Twi can only do it once.

Perhaps she learns to do it in the episode, but her future self says learning that spell was a bad idea. So she ends up not using it due to risk of Paradoxes and things like that?

It's not a warning from her future self... it's a warning from her past self in the future. She was caught by a flock of Weeping Pegasi, and had the presence of mind to write herself a message for when she was zapped into the past. Part of the warning includes a bit about looking for a blue box, and that she'll know it when she sees it.

I'm still betting that Twi goes nuts and forgets who she originally recieved the warning from and sends the same message into the past to warn herself about it

Well, if it's a prank, then the person playing it is STUPID. They should know that Twi takes a lot of things too seriously. (just look at Lesson Zero)

I wonder how the show will justify Twilight sending that message to herself considering the synopsis says that it drives her nuts. It it just that important or is it to prevent Paradoxes?

@ Ginger: While Pinkie is displayed as being in the right for making ponies scared, Rainbow Dash is punished for doing the same thing but without making a single pony emotionally distraught from her actions.
