Has anybody noticed that season 2 has generally featured more action-oriented or at least more generally active episodes than season 1? I might just be me but I don't feel that I have noticed many Slice of Life episodes like the previous season had. But I must say they do make the most of it with the Character Development.

My guess is that the love potion doesn't give you PERMANENT swirly eyes (Discord's hypnotism didn't if you recall. The swirls went away after a few seconds)
I assume that the pic shows what happens IMMEDIATELY after the swirls went away. The CMC are dancing a victory gig (and perhaps singing a victory song)
least that's how I see it

The cups are also nowhere near full. It's completely plausible that they could've taken a decent swig from the cup while still leaving a bit in there.
