Well, in the Cutie Mark Chronicles flashback Hoops says he has a baby brother, and Quarterback (or whatever people call the football one) isn't present, so my brain just assumed Hoops was talking about him.

I don't know why, but when ever I saw those nurses, I couldn't help but think of Nurse Ratched. No reason for it really. Maybe the fact that the hospital also housed mental patients.

I guess when crime is committed in a place with little to none, security is going to overreact.

@Mousa Being intentionally self-deprecating is a fine line to walk. If you do it too much (like Doug does with the Nostalgia Critic) then it just becomes irritating after a while

When they're picking on Filly!Fluttershy. The football one isn't present, and as an adult he's the shortest. That lead me to the conclusion that, at the very least, Hoops and Quarterback are brothers, but that's just me Wild Mass Guessing.

Yeah... I had just assumed he was stout, because short and stocky like that is a good build for football players. That's a pretty interesting catch, actually.

But I'm gonna have to work the baby brother into it, I completely hadn't noticed. I had originally planned for Hoops to have an older sister (who's ridiculously nosey about their relationship), and for Dumbbell to have twin younger siblings... Hoops actually canonically having a little brother throws a wrench into that. For some reason I don't like the idea of them both having younger siblings. Of course, no one says Hoops has to still have a little brother...

Alright, I just checked something. Here is Pinkie looking out her window from her room at Sugarcube Corner in "Party of One", here she is in today's episode looking out the window on some random house at night.

Animation error? Animators couldn't fit in the Sugarcube Corner model and hoped nobody would notice? Did Pinkie move out so the Cakes could have more room for their kids? I smell fanfic fuel!

Pinkie was spending the night with one of her friends.

Am I the only person who caught the reference to House? When Dash was bouncing her ball against the wall? Cuz that's one of House's signature "things", he does it in almost every episode when he's either bored or trying to think of something.

I really don't think that one pony was having chemo. Only his mane was missing, he still had all the rest of his fur.

Remember Dash's roommate? What do you want to bet Derpy was responsible for his condition?

I think that's just a staple 'I am bored' thing to do. But it being in a hospital, maybe.

And that's a good point with the window. She was even wearing a nightcap, so it sort of makes the thought of spending the night with somepony odd... unless they were using that cap for something funny.

There will be an episode about Pinkie moving into an apartment... with Minty. Hilarity Ensues.
