I didn't mind the moral that much.
I personally thought the slapstick was too mean-spirited

(I don't like slapstick when it's happening to characters I have genuine feelings for)

FPK dropped the ball with how the moral was worded, (it should have been something like "There are always going to be things you don't understand, and that's okay) but other than that it was pretty good.
The only episode that I have out and out hated was "Over A Barrel".
@AJ: There's no way that would ever make it into the show.
Implied sure, but there's no way it's going to flat out be an aesop.
@AHR Might I ask why?
Why can't they be Pro-gay? What's the downside to it?

Because it's still a controversial issue, and kid shows usually do not want to attract attention like that. So they go completely neutral on it.
If anything, and I have no doubt that it will never come up at all, this show would doubtlessly give a assope like it normally does on the subject: peace, love, and understanding.
Children don't need to know about sexuality, period.
@ninjaclown So? You can have straight couples in a children's cartoon can't you? What's the difference?

Inappropriate subject matter, to say the least.
