I used to follow a Non-Spoiler discussion thread for Game Of Thrones on Television Without Pity. It was quite hilarious, since it was full of speculation from a bunch of people who hadn't read the books. Otherwise I haven't touched the site.

Completely off-topic and I ended up on the top page...

Yes, but their is diffrence between sarcasm and what they have become: haters.

The first reviews for shows like Glee, How I Met Your Mother, 30 Rock, and so on where great, snarky but great, over time they just devlop into hating on everything. The only shows they consitantly like are ones that are canceld early or don't have a lot of main stream acceptance.

Yeah, I... tend to avoid Ponychan if possible. Any sort of chan is pretty much a breeding ground of trolls and idiots anyway, so it's best to stick to either here or EQD.

Pooshlmer doesn't seem so bad for an image board, mind, but then again, loltouhou and nothing else so it's more of a specialized board.

As a rule of sanity-preserving, avoid any /b/ random boards.

This one time on /b/ there was a truly awesome thread where everybody pretended to be surviving a zombie outbreak. I remember one person saying "I'm safe here in Nebraska, because nobody ever comes here!" And other really epic posts. Copypasta can be really funny too.
