Awesome. It's pretty good so far.

Lol, why does Fluttershy cover her chest when Rainbow wakes her up? You don't have anything to hide, Fluttershy!

More Dis Qord and ponyfication.
They are like the others. Strange, hideous, resisting, fighting. Only these were not like the others. They did not die.

Wow, Rainbow is epic-failing at this. Come on girl, you can fly at Mach 5. How are you not at the front of the line?

It’s highly probable that Satan has chosen [Lauren] Faust to be his modern-day emissary of evil. The signs are clear.

How old would you say the Flim Flams are?

They called AJ a filly, but that could just be them being arrogant

@Ginger

Remember, they say "Fillies & Gentlecolts" in place of "Ladies & Gentlement" in this show, so "filly" may not always mean "little girl" for ponies.

Yes, I am discussing pony language. There is nothing wrong with me!

Ok, plot hole. The bet they made was that the winner would have exclusive rights to cider making in Ponyville. So how come the Apples just hand over the farm when they lose? They still own the land, and still have the rights to farm apples!

Wow, best letter to Celestia ever. The real moral of the story is: if you can't meet the needs of your customers, hire some temporary help.

That episode... Idk. It was quite entertaining, but the plot was pretty ridiculous. My favorite parts were anything to do with Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. The song went on way too long for my liking but then I general don't like songs in tv shows anyway. There was a nice fandom nod with Berry Punch though.

Because the profits from Cider is the only thing keeping them afloat through the winter. Without it, they go bankrupt, and Flim and Flam know that.

[up][up][up] Remember what they said earlier on. They NEED the money they get from selling cider to stay afloat during winter.

If they lost the rights to produce cider then they would've gone bankrupt eventually. They were just getting the whole thing over with as quickly an as painlessly as possible

@Kegisak and Ginger: Yeah, but they were just abandoning there land instead of selling it. If they'd sold all the land, and all the merchandise they still had, they could have at least made enough to start over somewhere. Or at least enough money to eat for a few months.

AJ says that selling the Cider keeps them a float in the winter, without the cider selling rights they'd be force to close down the farm and move.

My mother once ran an art gallery but we were forced to close down because we couldn't make enough money through the winter and in part because another art gallery across the street was making more money than we were. Competition is a cruel mistress.

[up]Yeah, but did you own the building? If you did, I'd bet you didn't just abandon it.
