@ Bunai: That's kind of what I was expecting them to do after winning the contest. If Ginger's theory is right and they did own a lot of other farms then they could always import some workers from those.

It's just that we were discussing other avenues that the Flim Flams could've explored to profit from their machine, and the one they settled on was the option that involved personally inflicting the most suffering onto others

Given the Flim Flam's personalities, it wouldn't have been a pleasant or dignified existence

seems to me the brothers were just looking for a "get rich quick" scheme, they didn't bother to try and figure out what would get them the most profit overall, they just decided to do what they figured would get them the most money, the fastest, with the least effort.

Build a fool proof system, and the world will create a better fool.

I noticed more new backgroud ponies but also some returning like other Doctor Whoof.

I rewatched it in 1080p. It's not my top but I love this episode.

I never watched that musical with song what inspired today song but I like this song I'm playing it all time since I stoped watching episode.

One of the new background ponies appears to be the real Royal Riff

◊, though with a much lighter coat. Plus, both variations of Pokey Pierce (the one with a safety pin Cutie Mark & long horn and the one with an hourglass Cutie Mark & normal horn) appeared in different shots (with different eye colors), and Roseluck showed up without Lily for the first time.
