@Ginger: It's not so much part of the definition as that it's now that usually turns out. A show like FMA that's focused on fighting and has a convoluted ongoing plot is usually going to have more stuff in a given episode than a show that's more or less based on someone's everyday life.

I get your point but to be fair it wasn't like I was comparing a fighting episode to a slice of life episode. I was comparing Daydream, a fighting episode, to ROH, also a fighting episode.

I see your point though.

The two ROH episodes had to cram in a complete plot into about 40 minutes; I haven't seen the new FMA series, but I'm guessing that "Daydream" doesn't have an entire plot to itself. Although, it might. I wouldn't know.

Of course, even then it depends what the plot is. ROH had to fit in 5 corruption sequences. Even if you devote the entire episode to that, it's only about 4 minutes for sequence, and there's a lot of other stuff in there.

Some jerkwad named shadowstar, who even called shy people "disgusting" and refused to listen to anyone who tried to explain shyness to them. He basically said that they should "just quit it" as if it's that easy. He also acted like they're not worth basic human understanding.
