Well, I can't draw, but music is art, right? At least I think it is. I do music. And maybe I'll finish that fanfic I started. It's a multi-chapter work and I still haven't gotten off my butt. Plus I'd need to write two versions. A cloppy version and a clop-free version so I can submit it to EqD.

Oh well, I'll resume as soon as I'm done with my big music project.

I'm quite laid-back in my drawing outlook, and I can break down the elements of someone's drawing technique like a skilled Megaman figures out boss weaknesses. However, like a Rogue, I can fake enough of a culture-vulture/academic outlook to pretend to be artsy. I don't usually suscribe to some of those compartmentallizing natures some snooty art critics and "experts" use.

Applejack: Yep, music is in the arts. I've tried to dabble in it myself, but I find it tends to frustrate me. My mind will come up with this epic big orchestral song and then I'll get into the editing program and completely fail to get it across.

Discussing art is not a pleasant area for me. Too many arguments with my film class

Speaking of music, I was so excited today when I got an e-mail saying that someone had started following my soundcloud account. It got me all fired up and excited, then my paranoia instincts kicked in so I took a closer look. He's following over 500 people, and in return has gotten over 600 followers himself.

Don't worry about it, Ginger, art is hard to quantify in some ways that makes me dislike the snooty art critics and "experts".

Maybe this is why so many tropers seem to like Rarity or remind me very much of her
