@Ginger Yes, everyone has stood next to each other. And everyone has been shipped with each other. If there are two characters, they will be shipped. Which makes is all the more impressive that they managed to put two of the least shipped together characters for "Hearts and Hooves".

From what I've heard, the authors of Left Behind honestly think like this.

As far as everypony having stood next to everypony else, that's totally not true. For example, Vinyl and Octavia have never stood next to each other.
