I didn't really see this as a Pinkie episode. Sure, she played a big role, but she was more of a device to get Applejack rather than a character.

I can't imagine Celestia freaking out over anything. The closest she has been was with Discord, and even then she was in control enough to Out Gambit him.

Of course, that only serves to make her inevitable breakdown all the more hilarious.

I must admit, the idea of Celestia being able to keep her cool in the face of disaster, but losing her composure over something mundane like a wedding is pretty funny.

...Oh lordy, the implications. First Celestia exiles herself to the sun. Then Twilight goes there (Yeah i dont even) to try to talk her into coming back with tensions mounting between Equestria and the dragons. And then after Pinkie Pie unveils her plan (Which she initiated 35 minutes ago) to destroy Ponyville, Celestia leaves Equestria forever to created life elsewhere.

And you said you disliked Grimdark! D:
