Only characters in the show I find myself actually disliking are the antagonists apart from Discord. The show has a track record of having antagonists who are kind of annoying - Gilda, Trixie, pegasus jocks... I think I'm forgetting something. Discord was cool, though.

*shrug*I really didn't think it was all that much of an improvement.

That reminds me of the ending gag with Pinkie and Rarity. That actual left me kind of stunned, and not in the good way.

Initially, I despised it. Now, with the exception of Pinkie (the cute scene where she gave Mr Zip a slice of cake notwithstanding) it's grown on me a lot.

@ somebody a few pages back: If you think the Pinkie hate is bad here, you have not met Gentleman Otter. He hates Pinkie so much that he has said several times that he would love to see Pinkie get tortured, mutilated, and killed. And his fucking Skype avatar at one point was Pinkie being disemboweled. And mbulsht hates Pinkie too, and jacks off to gore. Put those two together. Guess what his favorite thing to jack off to is.

Okay, that's disturbing on just about every level. I can get not liking a character, but that level of hate is just disgusting. I don't get how being annoyed by a character could lead to wanting to torture them. Also, you might want to spoiler the more graphic bits of that, because ewwwww.
