I'd like to see a pony with a cold.

In fact... I'd like to see CELESTIA catch a cold.

hmmmm... what if to someone like Celestia, a disease strong enough to merely give her cold-like symptoms would actually be DEADLY (or at least a great deal stronger) if it were caught by the general populace. So she isolates herself to her chambers, since it would be EXTREMELY dangerous if somepony else were to catch her "cold" meaning that Luna would have to step in and take over

I can imagine Celestia sneezing and causing solar flares, or Luna having a coughing fit and a tsunami arising.
