Pinkie is Party Cake (one of my favorite Ice creams ever and it suits her), Rarity is probably a Low-fat Frozen Yogurt, probably white chocolate or something, maybe even marshmallow if marshmallow can be an ice cream flavor.

Rainbow is Neapolitan, Applejack is.... Well isn't it obvious? And I can't figure out Twilight. Fluttershy is probably something sweet and creamy, I dunno, butterscotch? Or maybe sickeningly sweet like caramel?

I got it! Pinkie is strawberry mixed with birthday cake, and cotton candy flavors. Rarity is something classy like high brow strawberry. Fluttershy is vanilla. Applejack is apple sherbert. Twilight Sparkle is Neapolitan. And Rainbow Dash is mint.

Yeah, Fluttershy is probably like butter pecan or something.

I don't think Rarity is the type to diet. I'd think she'd just get something more classy. Like sorbet, or something.

Rum Raisin is the most awesome ice cream flavour there is!

Also, lemmon is a personal favourite of mine, especially coupled with something more sweet like pistache.

Lemon Tops are pretty good Ice Creams. I prefer the 99 though.

Because Twilight Sparkle is high class like Rarity so it fits. And mint just seems to fit Rainbow Dash.

Personally, while I LOVE chocolate, I find plain chocolate ice cream to be inferior to any other type of chocolate. I LOVE chocolate ice cream smothered in chocolate sauce.

And speaking of chocolate, I think Rarity would be some type of dark chocolate and/or white chocolate ice cream, marshmallows and/or some type of mint flavoring optional addition. I saw dark chocolate is because chocolate had always been seen as a rich food and a symbol of decadence, with darker chocolates seemingly more sophisticated and upper class. This description I think matches Rarity's personality as well as her wish to be in high society. The marshmallows and/or mint flavoring represent her generosity, having something super sweet to offset the intense flavor of the chocolate.

TRIXIE is Rum Raisin! She THINKS she's hot stuff and pretty upperclass when in truth nobody likes her because she's so obnoxious. Just like the rum flavor. XD

• Rainbow Dash...Well, rainbow-flavored ice cream. I have no idea what it tastes like. Probably like Play-doh.
• Applejack...Calvados.
• Twilight something classic...Vanilla
• Pinkie would probably have a lot of different flavours. Probably chocolate in the lot. With chantilly. And plenty of sweet stuff on it.
• Fluttershy, something sweet...Chicken Milk, Cream or Rose maybe.

The only thing I can really have raisins with and like it is raisin bread toast. I guess I can tolerate it in cookies or muffins if there's something else to go with it, but eh.

Raisins are awesome, until you decide to cook them. Cooked raisins are an abomination before my face.
