That was not the right context but time for my thoughts.

1: Yes Rarity. Go get dressed up. This will convince Celestia to take you on a trip to learn magic. And Spike is creepy. Look in that second to last panel. Rarity is trying desperately to get away, but Spike is grabbing at her tail.

2: Bucking apples will be sure to get you noticed by the princess, AJ. It's not like you do that everyday. Why do you even want to go? You have no motivation. Also, great job Fluttershy you put that Earth Pony down, she won't accomplish anything without a Pegasus like you helping out. Are you trying to pierce the Earth, Rainbow? Stop that. And what does flying have to do with magic, you idiot.

3: That cake is ugly. Note how Rainbow doesn't say she'd be happy if anyone else went. This comic has finally got something right. Why would you be hesitant Twilight? This is good news. And no thought is spared to the hundreds of academics who had an actual reason to want to travel on this trip and were denied because Twilight's friends wanted a road trip. Neat spin, Rainbow. AJ is best dancer.

Well, yeah, she's Rainbow Dash. Serious overconfidence in her own abilities is kinda her thing.

A little late on this one, but: I'm not sexually attracted to my (two) avatars either. The Twi and Flutters in party hats one is because I feel I can relate to the both of them most. I guess the secondary reason is true for my second one, though. For some reason I find crazy Twi both cute and funny (I kind of feel bad for thinking it's funny, though). And using my own drawing means I probably won't ever run into a duplicate avatar situation, since other people seem to like crazy Twi too.

I like vanilla. Although Mint Chocolate Chip is up there as well.
