Actually, an episode where Twilight has to be a teacher for a day would be really interesting. Either she has to fill in for Cheerilee, or perhaps Celestia asks her to give a guest lecture at her school for gifted unicorns.

Hehe, that would be interesting. I imagine Twi might be a little verbose in her teachings, though.

Twilight goes on a huge magibabble rant about obscure spells created by Star Swirl, then cut to a class of foals looking completely lost.

Then she gets Applejack in as a translator.

Twi: Historians agree that the revolution of blahblahblah had long-lasting ramifications.
Class: [wtf]
AJ: It was pretty dern important.

"You know, AJ, I appreciate you helping me out today, but did you need to keep referring to unicorns as 'snooty horn heads?'"

This idea of Twilight teaching and AJ translating is hilarious. It must exist!

Here's my interpretation of the baby's powers: Adults technically can do all that stuff...if they're willing to tire themselves out quickly. The Cakes had the advantage of youthful energy, plus they're more skilled than the average foal of their age anyway. Pumpkin could seriously qualify for Celestia's school when she's older.

EDIT: Also, while I've been a Twi Mac shipper for a while, I'm perfectly okay with Big Cheer. I hope that they get together. I'll be happy for them.

My prediction is that the CMC's plans all fail, but they end up liking each other anyway with some Ship Tease but an unconfirmed pairing at the end.

No bets until I'm sure that my internet access is reliable enough to mean that i can fulfill my end if I'm wrong.
