Doesn't the summary say that they succeed rather than try though?

The summary for Baby Cakes implied that Pinkie would actually accept help from her friends. These things aren't always very accurate. which is good, as it has caused quite a few pleasant surprises.

I'm afraid I can't find that particular faulty synopsis on google. Most of them simply state "Pinkie has to look after the Cakes' twins but find it harder then she expected", or something along those lines. I still remember reading it on this thread though, but I hope you'll forgive me for not going through hundreds of pages looking for it.

Oh, boy, more people with problems with this new episode. What's wrong with it?

This upcoming Saturday, the ep is an AJ spotlight, innit?

Apparently they don't like romance. Me, I'm watching it for the inevitable hilarity the CMC matchmakers will inject. Odds to evens Applebloom is doing this for an advantage of some kind, Sweetie joins in because she caught the romantic bug from her big sis, and Scoots only tags along because it might get her a Cutie Mark.

The more detailed synopsis that come after the initial one tend to have the most errors. The intial synopsis tend to just be a little on the vague side.

Also Romance is bad. . .at least that is what I think others are getting at.

Well, AJ is central to the plot, but it appears to be more of an ensemble episode. Which has also been far too long.

I still wonder what the hell was up with the "oink oink oink" song. Was Pinkie high or something?

Oh you guys.

The only thing I think whenever a new synopsis comes up is 'That sounds like fun' and then 'How can I twist it to make it Darker and Edgier?'

Then I spend the rest of the day thinking about how far I can push the plot of an episode while keeping it child-friendly.

Inevitably, the episode never ends up like my imagination.

I never saw an official source for that version, so it may have been fake. If it was fake, it doesn't count against the official synopses' accuracy.

I'm fairly certain that came from one of the cable/satellite services. Those tend to be the least accurate, since I remeber one of them mentioning that the Sisterhooves Social was Sweetie Belle's idea among others.

Pinkie's parties seem pretty mundane to be honest.
