I took my dog for a (very short) walk one time when the wind chill was -40F. When we got back in the yard, she wanted to play. Man, I miss her.

I live in the awful temperate area of the US where it can get below 0˚F in the winter and above 100˚F in the summer. The temperature variances wreak havoc on our roads, which only adds to the problem. I have been to places where it is hot and humid all year 'round though, and I don't think I could ever bring myself to live there.

@ROTHY: Oh goodness yes. I actually dedicated the 2nd paragraph of my review to explain why I don't think that's the case. People tend to assume the Chocolate Baby situation due to the foals being different races, but even if she was fooling around, one of the foals races isn't going to match that of either parent. So either way wonky genetics are in play. I'm pretty sure that Mr. Cake's hasty explanation was just a Hand Wave to explain why the foals aren't earth ponies. I'm not taking it as anything other than a joke. Not to mention that there's no way in heck that that would actually happen in a My Little Pony cartoon, especially as Mr. and Mrs. Cake have been the picture of Happily Married ever since they were introduced.
