She deserves to be a character, not a walking gag spring.
This.
The comic relief can be a well-rounded character too!
On another note, is anyone else noticing a preponderance of blues and purples in all our avatars here?

The end of the world as we know it. Like weekends usually are, but more dire.
^I'm certainly looking forward to this episode. Either it's fantastic, or Ginger explodes. Either way, we get a show. =D

No
If you think that two people happening to have Vinyl avatars is bad, you should have seen back when something like 4 different tropers had Ask Pinkemena avatars.

^^Yeah, that was a lot of brown (and in some cases red). I'm starting to feel a bit monochromatic myself.

Agree with the point about Pinkie needing to be a character rather than a walking joke. Going to bed now.
Ginger: It's a step in the right direction, isn't it? Plus it shows that she IS capable of it, just that the writers don't bring it out too often.
Pinkie has the potential to be a very sweet character. It is just a shame the show seems to not want to do that yet.
The internet is the realm of chaos, but not all chaos is evil.
I'm not sure she could leave the Cake kids alone for long enough to make a trip to where ever that rock farm is.
Also, I'm kind of doubtful about whether her parents are any good at parenting...

Or perhaps they're just passing Ponyville with a shipment of cultivated geodes and want to see how their daughter is doing?
